Pete Guzzo, Executive Producer + Operations Strategist
I'm the guy companies bring in when content, production, marketing, operations, studios, and business strategy are all tangled together, and someone needs to pull the team together and make it work.
I help brands, agencies, studios, founders, and production teams turn messy ideas into executable content systems, productions, studios, campaigns, and business outcomes.
Unrested: Echoes from the Grave
Currently in development with LionsgateA documentary project. Pete is working on it with his brother Paul Guzzo, whose lane is investigative journalism.

Shear Media Studios
An 11,000 sq. ft. multi-studio facility Pete designed and now runs, soundstages, podcast and influencer suites, live-shopping environments, built as a working revenue system, not just a nice room.

I'm not just a video guy, a marketer, a producer, or a consultant. Most of what I do is the part nobody sees: building the plan, running the production, fixing the workflow, and connecting the creative to the business outcome it's supposed to drive.
Executive Production
I run productions end to end, budget, crew, timeline, client, so the work actually gets across the line.
Production Operations
I build the systems and workflows that make repeatable output possible, not just one good shoot.
Content + Marketing Strategy
I connect what gets made to what actually moves the business, KPIs, not just views.
Studio Strategy + Operations
I design studios as operating systems, built for output and revenue, not just for looking good on a tour.
Business / Media Consulting
When the issue isn't creative, it's ownership, timeline, or communication, I help fix that too.
Who hires me
Brands and agencies with too many moving parts and no single operating plan. Founders building a studio who don't want to learn that lesson the expensive way. Production teams that need someone who can sit with executives, crews, vendors, and owners, and keep the thing moving.

Studios are operating systems
Studios are not rooms. They're operating systems. A good studio reduces friction, increases output, improves quality, and turns content into a repeatable business function, content production, livestreaming, podcasts, photography, commercial production, live commerce, corporate events.
What I'm working on now
When I'm not executive producing, developing studios, or trying to keep too many moving parts from becoming a circus, I'm usually still somewhere near the same mess: documentaries, studio deals, Roku channels, reality series, romantic comedies, marketing, advertising, content, company oversight, and helping young creatives figure out how to turn talent into a business.
About Pete
"Twenty-plus years in branded content, film, and TV. None of that is the point, the point is knowing where this stuff actually gets messy, and how to make it work anyway."
